Personal Training
It is important to understand that moving up each level of training increases in intensity and requires the prior month’s training to be completed before attempting to take on the greater loads.
Personal training with Speed Training
- $250 per month for Level I, II, III.
- Includes two personal training sessions per week
- Each level lasts 4 weeks
Level I - Sports specific. Exercises will be targeted towards your chosen sport. For example:
1. Baseball swing speed.
2. Throwing speed or throwing distance
3. Core speed and strength
Level II - training includes more overall body conditioning in addition to sport specific exercises. This month we add:
4. Agility exercises
5. Leg and hip power exercises
Level III - added training includes:
6. Running speed
7. Upper body strength and power exercises
