Kicking Chain
The appropriate utilization of the Kicking Chain can develop speed, agility, explosive power, muscle endurance, coordination, fast twitch muscle firing, and quick reaction time.
It is an excellent tool for progressive resistance, with equal and opposite pressure that result from dynamic movement.
The device provides variable resistance that allows for high acceleration at the initiation of the movement with increasing resistance at the end of the movement. Using the Kicking Chain can result in more faster, better executed athletic moves.
Available in two sizes: The Kicking Chain for developed athletes high school and above; and the Kicking Chain Junior for developing athletes.
Muscularly mature athletes (including those considered strong for their age group) should consider using a heavier Kicking Chain. Athletes taller than 6’4″ should add extensions to this product. Chain ends should never be allowed to come off the ground/floor or gather around the feet during exercises.
