Overview

For too long, training for the majority of all sports has meant spending endless hours in the weight room. While there is no denying that some time in the weight room will help you build power, today's players are beginning to appreciate more and more that the training they do outside the weight room is going to be what separates them from the rest of the pack.

Speed Chain training is about full body training.

Speed is the differentiator on today's playing field. Most players do not understand that speed is about more than just quick feet. Speed is an explosive action that combines leg drive, core power, and strong-arm action -- all working together in rhythm to produce smooth and fluid motion. Speed Chain Training focuses on your entire body by bringing you a comprehensive training regimen that teaches you all the critical elements of neural-muscular enhancement that are necessary to reach your ultimate speed potential.

Reaction is a play-making or play-breaking ability that is often overlooked. Everything you do is based on recognition, reaction and execution. Speed Chain Training won't help you read your opponent's mind, but once you recognize your opponent's intent, Speed Chain training will allow you to get to the play first. Move faster, execute better, get stronger – that’s what we strive for with the speed chains.

Variable Resistance training is a critical component of the Speed Chain Training program. Your brain recognizes what movement it needs to do and fires a message to your muscles, which quickly respond faster and explosively on command. The repetition of speed chain drills retrains neural pathways between your brain and your body. This will make the athlete respond faster and more explosively. The context of speed chain training is based on sports specific movement skills using variable resistance. This type of training is best for all sports that need to fire off explosively in all directions. So when it’s game time you're ready to bring it on. Speed Chain Training might be innovative and new, but it will be the most effective speed training that you’ll ever do and you'll be ready to make the play that may decide a game, a championship, a scholarship, or a professional career.
